I was looking for a new solution to chronic headaches. A couple of car accidents plus getting older had me at the point where I would have some level of headache most days of the week. Some worse than others. I've seen various chiropractors over the years and they all did their best, but until I found Cascade Chiropractic & Wellness, I could just not seem to get rid of them. Most of the previous chiropractors I have seen over the years all did the 'neck snap' to try and resolve the headaches. Sometimes those treatments actually made things worse. This is a wonderful experience that I take part in and do 3-4 times a year! There is no better feeling then getting a full chiropractic adjustment throughout your whole body to adjust and loosen all your stiff joints. The neck cracking from all angles and the Y-strap adjustment to open up your compression of your whole spine is an incredible experience, even though you might be a little sore afterwards. I believe it's $160 for your first evaluation and adjustment and then it's $65 for a 15 minute quick adjustment or $130 per 30 minute adjustment after that. I have been adjusted by many doctors and truly feel like I get exceptional care at Cascade! Alex is so sweet and friendly at the front desk, and my experiences with Dr. Cooper have been wonderful. My son got adjusted today (he is 1) and he didn't cry at all because Dr. Cooper was so gentle! Highly recommend.

Dr. Cooper is a very caring and compassionate chiropractor. He is a great listener and the adjustments are specific to my pain! Dr. Cooper listens intently and communicates well to ensure each and every patient are in good hands. Ever since visiting Dr. Cooper, the pain in my lower back and neck has been subsided, helping me throughout the week. His stretches and tips for continuous relief are also super helpful. I had 2-3 ribs out and in extreme pain. I made an appointment with Dr. Hannah and she was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and adjusted me with pinpoint accuracy. I did have one rib that was extremely out of place and Dr. Johnson helped get it adjusted back into place. From the moment I entered the facility, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and was made too feel very comfortable and at home thanks to Rachel.
