I am unable to rate this clinic high due to the treatment I received from Janice in the office. I explained to her up front that I had not dealt with secondary insurance, but gave her the information she requested. She called and attacked me for payment when the secondary insurance has asked me to hold off on payment because payment would be made as claims came in. She was rude and made up things that were simply not true. She said we have spoken several times and that I had not given her the information she needed, when according to my knowledge I had given her everything she requested. It is difficult managing the care of your daughter when she is 8 hours away from home. This certainly does not help.
