This dental office is truly modern and exceptional! From the front desk staff to the assistants and doctors, everyone is incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met and that you feel completely comfortable throughout your visit. The team is very communicative and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the entire experience stress-free. The technology they use is top-notch, unlike anything I’ve seen before, and it really shows in the quality of care they provide. I’m so grateful I found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

I highly recommend Carrollton Modern Dentistry. I do NOT like to go the dentist because I always have a bad experience and I feel they do not listen and are always too rough. Not here though, Courtney did my cleaning and she was so precise, calm, and very knowledgeable. She didnt hurt me and let me know if I needed a break ofmr something hurt she would stop but guess what? I didnt need one because she didnt hurt me, just took care of what she needed to and was careful not to cause unnecessary pain. I am for the first time happy to go back in another 4 months for a cleaning. I have NEVER said that. She also recommended an affordable electric brush and water flosser. If you are thinking abiut it. I’m truly excited about my upcoming appointment. I recently moved to the Carrollton area from Austin and happened to meet the manager of this location while at a gas station. I was asking for restaurant recommendations, and our conversation naturally led to dental care. He mentioned he had something in his car for me and returned with a small toothbrush pouch and a card with information on how to book an appointment. I shared my past experiences with dentists who overcharged and underdelivered, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to pressure me in any way. Instead, he spoke thoughtfully about the practice’s focus on whole-body health and how it begins with oral care. From there, the conversation flowed naturally. I am pleased with my care today. Today was my first office visit I was a little nervous. I can definitely say Chris and Courtney did a great job making me feel welcome and cared for. I feel satisfied about my decision in making this my new dentist office.I look forward to my next upcoming visits!!

They don’t use the x-ray led pads to protect their customers while getting x-rays. The tools were not covered in plastic to indicate it was clean or contaminated. I appreciate they give you glasses to wear while they work on your teeth, but the glasses were very dirty when they gave them to me. I think they can improve on follow ups… Friendly staff, dentist and admins explains a lot to you.
