Have Loved being a patient with Root Dental in Carrollton. You enter and Heidi, the Team Lead, in the office welcomes you with a smile and is very personable and more than helpful. Each person you encounter has a welcoming presence and explains things, follows up, and even the anesthesiologist is personable. You feel comfortable and confident in your care. He’ll walk you through every step of your treatment, he’ll always make sure you’re comfortable, and above all else, he will treat you with unrivaled respect. Even though I was a new patient, it felt like I could immediately trust him, and I could tell he knew exactly how to fix my smile. One deep cleaning and a few fillings later, and my smile truly looks and feels better than it has in years. His staff is just as excellent, and you can tell they operate like a very well-oiled machine.
