Carriage Cove Short Stay Rehabilitation

Carriage Cove is a beautiful building filled with caring hearts. The nursing staff truly care for people — they want to be there, and they genuinely want to help patients through tough times during rehab, often referred to as “the winter of their lives.” The administrative staff behind the scenes work tirelessly to ensure every detail is handled, making the transition from hospital to subacute rehab and then home as seamless as possible. Highly recommend.

2 years ago: my father stayed here for a short time. Ended up with an abscessed tooth so infected his face was swollen (I had to call and remind the nurses that it's their jobs to notify the providers of this). I was informed on a thursday that I had to come and pick up my father as he was not participating with therapy. I requested pickup for the following Monday and that all discharge paperwork be completed prior to my arrival. I drove from out of state Sunday evening and arrived Monday morning, as discussed. No discharge paperwork was complete as the scheduled discharge was for Tuesday. Due to my schedule, my children, and my work, we had to leave Monday to drive back out of state. We received no referrals for items needed such as home health or oxygen supplies, no scripts were sent w

I stayed over a week here following a snowmobile accident. I could not be more impressed. Nice facilities, professional nursing staff, great physical therapists, and terrific support staff. And to top it off- such a friendly Courteous and helpful culture. They made such a difference in my recovery.

I love Carriage Cove! The environment is warm and inviting. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Everyone that works here really likes their job and works great together as a team. If I or my family member ever needs rehab or skilled nursing I would make sure to have them come here!

We have been very impressed with the atmosphere one encounters when going to visit those who are residents or patients at Carriage Cove. The staff can be found interacting with their residents in a kind and caring way. Fun simple games which keep the permanent residents engaged and moving their bodies to their best ability. Also the Physical Therapy room is wonderful with very capable and trained therapists. Thank you to carriage cove for making a stay here as comfortable as possible for those going through a difficult time.
