I love going here. The therapists are wonderful and I really helping. They listen with a loving heart and work hard to help you meet your physical goals. The appointments are easy to get and they really work hard to make sure your appointments are scheduled around working hours.

May 3, 2024 I had rotator cuff repair and biceps tendonesis surgery on my right (dominant) shoulder. From my first appointment on May 31 to my last on November 21, I had 35 PT sessions. The reception administrative staff Dimitra and Brenda were always pleasant and ready to assist - hone calls were made every time before the PT sessions to remind clients of their next day session. My therapists were Annie, whom I saw 25 times, and Olivia, who saw me 10. Their approaches and notes were always consistent and superior above anything I had ever experienced in other PT agencies in Washington DC, my previous home. I have moved several times throughout the East coast and experienced multiple physical therapy locations. I received weekly services from Carousel Physical Therapy for 7 months and this facility provides the best care I have encountered. The staff worked with me throughout my recovery and insured I was ready to return to my active life. I appreciated that no matter whom I was working with on any given day, they were familiar with my case and encouraging.

10/10 would recommend. Katie Reynolds was great! She worked with me for postnatal physical therapy (after 3 babies in 5 years, and two of the babies were over 9lbs!) and now I can survive a 16-hour car ride with one bathroom break and NOT pee my pants when I sneeze!

Compassionate, knowledgeable “task masters” who will encourage your recovery with kindness and humor! At my age, I have been to several physical therapy facilities in several different states. Overall from sessions to scheduling, they are the best.
