I absolutely had a great experience my first time at CaroMont Family Medicine. They are so professional and friendly! I’m really happy that I chose Dr. Patel to be my Primary Care Physician. Not only was he knowledgeable in different areas of medicine but most importantly he displayed that he genuinely cared about me. He took the time to review my records from my previous Primary physician before I arrived and he asked me a lot of questions! He took his time with me and didn’t rush me out the door! He was concerned with my health, how I felt about things and what I wanted to accomplish. I made the right choice and I thank you for taking me on as a new patient!

My experience at Caromont Family Medicine was outstanding! As a new patient, I’m always feel a sense of unease when seeing a new provider for the first time. HOWEVER, I felt a sense of ease when I entered the lobby! The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Upon being called to the back, I met Jennifer our interaction was amazing! After the business was out the way we talked about our fur babies. Subsequently, Dr Treniece London appeared and I was immediately impressed. First off, she’s African American and felt as a woman she would relate with me. Secondly, her bedside manners were top notch! I have been a patient at CaroMont Family Medicine-Gastonia for several years, even when residing in other states or deployed out of the country and my experience has consistently been excellent. The entire practice is helpful, attentive, and truly patient centered. Gina Ramsey stands out as an exceptional primary care provider. She takes the time to listen, understand, and genuinely connect with her patients individually. Her approach makes you feel heard and respected, never rushed, and always supported. What I appreciate most is that her care extends well beyond the office visit. She is thorough and responsive with follow ups through MyChart using the EPIC mobile app platform, which adds an extra level of reassurance and continuity to my care. The bathrooms for patient use are absolutely disgusting. As you can see there are holes in the walls, moulding missing at the bottom or hanging, toilet paper not being put in the holder(probably hitting the floor multiple times a day) It is just absolutely disgusting conditions especially considering the other half of the office is Hematology/Oncology and plenty of people come in that are immunocompromised that could go to either side of the office.

My husband and I have been patients at Caromont Family Medicine for more than 20 years! We CHOOSE Georgina Ramsey as our primary care provider. We have built a bond with Gina that is absolutely irreplaceable! She is warm and friendly each visit, and I know she puts our medical care as her first priority. She is an enormous asset to the practice. All other staff are very kind and helpful as well.
