My loved one was newly diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension — two serious, life-changing conditions that require compassion, clear communication, and proper education from a healthcare provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Caroline and her office was the complete opposite. This provider demonstrated a disturbing lack of care, compassion, and clarity. After ordering labs, Dr. Caroline did not personally follow up or explain the results. Instead, a medical assistant called and simply stated that my loved one needed to pick up medications — offering no explanation, no education, and no reassurance.
