Carolinas Imaging Services South Park

I was nervous reading the reviews about this place, but my experience couldn't have been better. The receptionist at check-in was super friendly and not pushy. She was very engaging. My technician was very cordial, social, and efficient. She was clear in her instructions and kept a good chat going. You're in good hands here. I'm wondering if there was a change in the team or something because I witnessed nothing like some of the previous reviews mentioned.

Five star service! Such a relaxing, comfortable environment. I was nervous for the scan but the ladies helping me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. If I ever need another scan, I would definitely return here.

Had a 7:45 am appointment and arrived around 7:30am. to complete some paperwork. Pretty easy location to find. They have a parking deck where visitors can park in. I came for an MRI, which was located on the first floor. They do have a directory where you can see exactly where you need to go. The receptionist was polite and explained everything in detail. Gave me the paperwork to fill out. As soon as I was done filling out paperwork, they immediately called me back. Had to change into scrubs and then was sent to get the MRI done. I had never gotten one done before, and this was definitely an experience. The tech did take her time and explained the whole process to me. What to expect and what to do. No complaints and everything went very smoothly and efficiently.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was greeted promptly upon entering and Ms Latosha upfront checking me in, could not have been kinder or more patient. Even when checking out, she went above and beyond to call another location to check their availability for a follow up because none was listed in their system. Once back in the room for my appointment, Ms. Eunice was amazing. She was personable, comforting and extremely kind to make the whole process feel safe. She was sweet as could be and gave me further advice to help with my issue. Truly had a wonderful experience at this location

Rude check in desk receptionist especially the one with the man haircut salt and pepper. She doesn't have any type of manners nor do she greet people friendly. I will not return because that whole receptionist desk isn't professional. They are very loud at the front desk. You're in corporate setting act accordingly. They don't deserve 1 star at all.
