Very unprofessional staff and a Highly Liberal doctor that judges you with preconceived notions. Offering medication not to help the issue but to unalive you. I wouldn't recommend my enemies to spend there money at this facility. And the women who answers the phone expects you the client to do the leg work of contacting your own insurance company to receive prior authorizations for medicines prescribed when it's CLEARLY the job of the office staff

The worst medical office I have ever visited! They had me waiting an hour and 40 minutes, front dest staff is rude. When I asked for a copy of my results they say they will charge me $25 to get a copy. What decade they live in? All other doctor offices have a secure patient profile where I can access all my medical records. If I can give them zero star I would

Appointment was over an hour late. The office was dirty and run down. The Dr never took any vitals, never asked about additional symptoms, and very obviously decided as soon as she walked in the room that all of my pain was due to being overweight. She insinuated that since I'm not vegetarian/vegan I will always be in pain. The 30ish seconds she spent on the actual exam caused me significant pain. You would think that a pain specialist would have a gentle touch. Never once was my heart or lungs checked, no pulse, temp, blood pressure, nothing. I give Dr Lembo 0 stars. The front desk staff was polite and friendly so the mandatory one star is for them. I have already contacted my PCP to request a new referral.

It made me give a star, but doesn’t deserve one at all! My husband’s appointment was at 3:50pm we live 3 hrs away. They asked we come early for paperwork. After being here at 3:20 pm and not being seen he had to use the restroom at 4:55pm. She came out as ge was in the restroom and skipped over him and went to the next patient. Needless to say it is 5pm and we are still waiting! Horrible service even for a doctors office!!! 10/10 do NOT recommend!

The worst. Phone calls are answered by someone that is rude and only is able to send messages. Has not a clue. Sad. Someone like that represents the company. Horrible first impression.
