Dr Jimenez and Kia was great on giving me a filling. Took no time and was very confident in the work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Everyone here is friendly.

After starting a new job in Lexington, I wanted to find a near by dentist office. I regretfully choose this one. The reception area and staff were nice. The "room" they took me to had half walls, and hospital curtains. They then proceeded to take a full mouth of x-rays even though I indicated on my paperwork that I am actively trying to get pregnant with fertility treatments. At this point I feel very uncomfortable. The tech then informs me that they use an AI software that detects cavities/other issues going on. (Mind you the software is not 100% accurate and has misdiagnosed people, cost thousands in unnecessary dental bills)The tech tells me that I need a deep cleaning, and 2 crowns the service equaling to about 2200$. I was there for almost 2 hours and I never got a basic cleaning. As

Friendly professional staff. Diagnosised my cancer when my medical doctor brushed off lesion. Would definitely recommend this practice and it's staff.

I had my first dental visit with them yesterday. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their reception area is exceptional. Service was great and the dentist and hygienist were helpful and great with what they do. Highly recommend!!

Carolina Smiles is a great place to go if you need any dental work done. The staff and the doctors were amazing. They made me feel at home when I was there. And I was comfortable with the service so if I had to recommend anybody for having any type of dental surgery or dental work dental work done. I will recommend Carolina smiles family dentistry.
