I was a little worried about starting a new practice, but I was pleasantly surprised. The office waiting area is pretty plain, but the office staff were lovely and very friendly. The technicians and the hygienist were really great. They treated me with respect and took great care of me. My doctor was Dr. Robert Eisberg, who was both professional and friendly and gave me some great advice (unrelated to my teeth). He carefully explained what needed to be done immediately (I had broken a tooth), then pointed out a filling and said that an old bridge had some issues. They fitted me with a temporary crown, which, to be honest, was the most comfortable I've ever encountered - I couldn't tell it wasn't a real tooth. They called a few days later to schedule the crown. The whole process was pain

I had a very good first experience at this dentist office. I was called in probably 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but that seems pretty typical everywhere. My hygienist was great! Hopefully I get her again next time. I do agree that the main dentist was only there for like 1 minute similar to what other reviewers said, but I was only there for a cleaning and xrays so that was fine with me. I will be back here again in 6 months.

Do not go to Dr. Eisberg at Atlantic Dental Care if you value your health and well-being. Today, I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was in severe jaw pain caused by Dr. Eisberg’s failed attempt to extract my tooth. In the end, he said he couldn’t complete the procedure, and I had to drive to another clinic to get the tooth properly removed. When I asked for something to relieve the pain, Atlantic family care staff told me they didn’t have any medication available to help patients. The lack of care and compassion was shocking.

After dealing with a cracked tooth for over 3 weeks, unable to get a quick appointment with other dentist in area, I was able to get an appointment with Doctor Eisburg, and his careful extraction and stitches were pai less and quick. I was so thankful, my previous 61 years of dentist visits left me so traumatized I have had to pull my own tooth in my 30's. But Doctor Eisburg was so gentle, quick, and precise I will be back for every dental needs. Thank you Doc Eisburg.

They need new staffing. Scheduling an appoIntment here is too much of a cat and mouse game.
