Delinquent bill due to me attempting to tell them repeatedly to get in touch with insurance. I'm trying to get them to discuss the matter at hand. I am aware I'm not their only patient. So much time has gone by that now it's in Collections and I'm trying to UP my Credit Score.

No idea where these charges appeared from and now affecting my credit. Scam scam scam. Time to file a claim with better business bureau!!!!

I am unsure how this company is still allowed to accept insurance payments. All they do is read images from the hospital I have them performed at and every time they do I get a bill that has not ever been filed to my insurance. I have decided that every time I receive a bill I either email them telling them to file the claims to insurance or write on the back of the invoice telling them to file. It almost feels fraudulent the way they're doing business - imagine how many just pay the invoice without double checking the claim submissions.

The billing department has issues. It isn't fair. Multiple calls and I'm still unable to get in touch with them. I've never seen a bill. Never received a phone call, (other than to schedule). Even more odd, I am a disabled veteran with full benefits that was referred here by the VA! I guess the billing department knows NOTHING of medical filling other than, "oh well, file it on the patients credit and they'll eventually pay." Terrible business practice. Was seen at the hospital with full insurance. Received a bill from collections, so I called them and was told that my insurance never got back to them. They never tried to call my insurance back again and just sent it to collections and put a hit on my credit report. NEVER use this unprofessional agency. I’m going to contact the BBB about this.
