The front office needs some improvement in patient relations. While doctor Highsmith is good when you do get to see him. However, it’s all the inefficient time waiting for appointments, no wait list for cancellations, the lack of communication between the doctor and his PA which results in additional appointments and time and very Likely no resolution just stuck in pain

Tried for 1 week to get in touch with anyone,, anyone in this office to no avail. My 90 mom is a former patient and once again having same issues so needed advice. Finally got an answering service after more than 6 tries over the week and when I asked when this office would be taking calls the service Lady said “don’t give me mouth” and slammed phone down. Far from professional when a patient is desparate for care . What’s wrong with the medical profession this day and age!

Had a car accident in February this year and with my attorneys help I was sent to Dr High Smith after chiropractoic therapy didn't help. He gave me some options and I picked surgery was very nervous at first but the team they have is amazing and definitely recommended.

The doctor himself is nice. The whole front desk staff is rude as hell though. Like I can never call and get answers about something without getting attitude about it its all in their voice. Makes you not want to come to your appointment. Makes you not want to ask any questions.
