The medical assistant and provider i saw was amazing! The appointment was quick and to the point. The front desk lady (long blonde or gray hair) should probably be trained on being friendly to patients. A smile, and "welcome to the practice" for a new patient would go a long way. She is the reason I did not give 5 stars.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism in which the entire staff went about their work. I felt as though I was getting the very best medical treatment possible, but it was also delivered in a warm, comfortable manner. The entire experience was much appreciated. Thank you ALL!

This is an excellent group of professional skin and mohs doctors!! Dr Urban is outstanding for mohs surgery!! His nurse assistant is also great when it comes to keeping you informed about every stag of treatment!! Their facility is top notch and patient treatment is class AA!!

PA Mallory was awesome easy to talk to very personal. However, the process in which to make an appointment needs to be more patient friendly. The use of AI doesn’t give a personal approach specifically for new patients and the clarity of the initial processes.

Going to Carolina Mountain Dermatology was one of the greatest decisions I’ve made since coming to Fletcher, NC from Florida. Annie was my doctor and she was very professional, down-to-earth and comfortable to be with as she checked my skin for any possible anomalies. As it turns out, all’s good and I feel very comfortable with the service I received.
