I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arden Family Dentistry, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist was out that day, and I was first greeted and assisted by the office manager. She was incredibly professional, but what stood out even more was her warmth and kindness. She went above and beyond to work with my insurance and did everything possible to make sure I could get everything I needed done in one visit. She was patient, helpful, and truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her friendliness and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. Then I met Dr. Peterson — and I have to say, what dentist takes the time to sit down and actually have a conversation with you? She did!

I was fortunate enough to be seen by Abby Scanlan and her incredible team, and I can honestly say they completely changed how I feel about dental visits. From the moment I walked in, Abby and her team made me feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Their kindness and professionalism turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into one of the most positive dental visits I’ve ever had. Let’s be honest. Nobody likes going to the dentist. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. Staff is genuinely friendly and personable. Dr Scanlan has been great and her hygienist Blair is always just as personable and friendly. It’s as good as it gets for a dentist visit 2x a year!

Excellent!!! As life goes I severely cracked a previously filled tooth while out of town as a traveling musician. I called the practice fully expecting to wait several days to be seen. Much to my surprise space was made for me immediately to be seen and the problem diagnosed. All office staff were extremely supportive and welcoming. Doc came in and told me she could go ahead and make the repair so I wouldn’t have to make another trip back to the office; considering their booked schedule the rest of the week. Repair was done quickly and effectively. As I write this I am on my way back to lead worship to shape the hearts and minds of young people. All thanks to this office taking their practice and a guest customer seriously. Well done!!

I am surprised there are so many 5 star reviews. I experienced the hygienist Blair as poorly functioning due to illness/fatigue and Dr. Scanlan as a poor listener and money-focused. For my first cleaning, I noted I have exposed roots (I have had gum surgery on my back molars) and that I required numbing on one molar root. Blair did not use any numbing agent and basically lightly touched those areas (so they weren't deeply cleaned; leading possibly to more issues later). Additionally, when she was measuring my gum depth, on EVERY one of my upper front 8 teeth, she pushed the prodder in deeply, resulting in it actually hurting each time (I have NO gum issues in that area). I finally stopped her and then she was able to do it a normal depth. Blair then shared that she had experienced a
