I just saw Dr. Isernia yesterday. I have been seeing him for a couple of years since going on Medicare. He is always very attentive and thorough. Very nice and caring. He always listens and wants the best you that can be. His staff is also kind and considerate. They address prescription issues promptly and professionally. I would recommend Dr. Isernia to anyone looking for a new PCP.

I have been coming to this office for many years and I have never had a bad experience . The ladies at check in when you go to right are so sweet, they make you feel like you are family and not just a number. There is one thing that I would like to see some sort of outcome , the other morning I had come in for an appointment and it was freezing in the office , the staff were wrapped in blankets and I just felt so bad for them . Those conditions are not healthy for staff and patients to have to endure. Later on when I was finally checking out I guess the heat was working but was working a little to well, it was 90 degrees in that office and everyone was sweating and some patients look liked they were going to pass out. I hope that we can get that fixed for the staff and patients because it

Big Shoutout to the amazing team at 82nd Parkway office! The girls at the front desk - Ruthie, Robin, Penny, April and Tina - are absolute sweethearts, always smiling and making you feel welcome! Dr. Dhir is top-notch, and Danielle, the nurse is always on it! Would totally recommend this office to family and friends!

My doctor is fine. No issues with treatment. Would give him 5 stars for bedside manner and care. However, I am giving 1 star as I am appalled by the addition of "services" that were added on this year that I have not seen before, was not provided the opportunity to accept or decline and, worse, did not actually happen. In both cases they are "counseling" type services which, not only did no formal conversation occur, both are already part of my clinical history from the prior year and one was simply a repeat of a order that we had discussed in the prior year. Fortunately, one was fully covered but the other was not fully covered so I owe a copay. I would attempt to dispute but just not worth the time and energy that it would require. Just disappointed and saddened by these charges

If you are someone with a compromised immune system and/or gets sick a bit more often than others STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My mother is 75 years old and is a stroke survivor who happens to be an easy target for viruses and other illnesses and she doesn’t leave the house when she’s sick. She has been battling a virus on and off all winter and had to miss a few appointments with dr pride. She called EVERY SINGLE TIME to reschedule explaining the situation…NEVER ONCE has she been a “no show” but they just dropped her without even bothering to talk to her about it! She’s tried to speak to someone about it but they are so beyond rude that they can’t even be bothered returning her calls.
