The office was extremely cleaned and very inviting. I was very comfortable and the staff made sure I was taken care of. Especially Shantrell, she made me feel as if she truly enjoys what she does and that made my experience even better!

Even though I had no control of the time for the initial consultation, I'm glad I gave them a chance. They were patient, understanding, and accommodating when I forgot to bring the previous hearing test. They were also accommodating when it came to picking up my mom hearing aids with a time I could live with. My mom loves her new hearing aids and I love how quiet my house is now compared to before. We are both happy and would recommend Carolina Health and Hearing.

This establishment was not only welcoming, the receptionists once noticing my father was a retired vet, greeted us at the door and assisted by having it opened. This helped me because he struggles at his age and with his walker. There was not a wait time and he was grateful for that. Thank you for the condition of your waiting area as well. My husband had a great experience today at your office. He had a recent hearing test but that Audiologist did not work with AARP. Dr. Mills reviewed the test results and agreed that hearing aids would help with his hearing and tinnitus issues. She explained the various hearing aids, and recommended a solution that was a name brand but not the highest cost option. Working with Dr Mills and AARP saved us a considerable amount amount of money. The 60 day trial, the option to upgrade if necessary, which starts another trial period, with full refund if not satisfied, and the 4 year warrantee all are much better terms than the first office he visited. The office visit was an amazing experience..The office was so clean and smelled so good when I walked in with my husband ,the customer service was fast, efficient and friendly…The receptionist was so friendly and had a smile that made you just feel welcome. The back office staff was so patient and explained everything too us even when asked the question over again.. We felt like family in the office and I would like too say thank you
