Carolina Dentistry @ The StateLine

They are fantastic. The dental hygienist does a fantastic job of teaching me what I can be doing to improve, with nice tips and hacks that make each visit easier and easier to go to. The dentist himself is kind and patient and doesn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing certain things. My kids love him, and everyone enjoys his warmth.

I have yet to have a bad experience at Carolina Dentistry @ The StateLine and am so happy I found them. I know going to the dentist can be stressful, but I genuinely don't have an ounce of dread when my appointments come up. I've had everything done from cleanings to crown work to something that turned into a badly needed root canal and have always felt completely comfortable and confident that I'd get the best care. Dr. Heidenreich is very personal, incredibly calming, and genuinely sympathetic, and the office staff is just excellent! They make you feel very comfortable and are so kind and engaging. I would happily recommend Carolina Dentistry @ The StateLine to anyone looking for an all around pleasant experience when visiting the dentist. Top notch, truly!

Carolina Dentistry at the Stateline. is wonderful! Dr David Heinenreich is an exception dentist in his expertise and care for his patients. This is conjunction with a very patient oriented staff makes for the best possible dental experience. We moved to Charlotte 3 years ago. After being patients of a dental practice in Ohio for 30+ years, we agonized over the thought of finding a new dentist. However, we did our research and found Stateline. Everything about this practice is wonderful. The team is knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I have had 2 instances where I had to see the dentist quickly and I was accommodated without resistance in any way. If you want to be treated like family, then this is the practice for you!
