Carolina Compounding has some of the most caring staff members I’ve ever encountered. Their customer service is truly top notch. I’ve been getting my HRT here for several years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care, consistency, and overall service they provide. Highly recommend!

My doctor called in a new medication for me a week ago on Wednesday. Monday of this past week I called the pharmacy to find out if they received the order as I had not heard anything. They said they did, but they had to call my doctor to get the dose corrected. I believe there was a dose correction. So I paid on Monday and by Friday I had to call again to find out when it was going to be ready. It seems like a very long process from the beginning to end it was 1 1/2 week to get my medication. I picked it up yesterday and walked in and 2 ladies were typing on the computer. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Everyone was nice, but certainly glad the medication was nothing too important as it takes a good bit for the 1st dose to start rolling.

Love getting my prescription through Carolina compounding. They are so on top of everything and they let ME know when I’m due for a refill. They are just a quick text away and I love that!! Super responsive and reasonably priced as well!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carolina Compounding Pharmacy! My baby daughter had a severe rash and her doctor prescribed a compounded cream, but unfortunately the prescription came through without all the necessary details. I arrived close to closing time, and despite the challenges, Georgianne went above and beyond to help us. She not only took the time to contact the doctor multiple times, but also personally arranged for a missing ingredient from a nearby pharmacy so my daughter could get her medication that same day. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a very stressful situation into such a positive experience.
