Such a great pharmacy Sedicka is such a sweet girl she was so helpful. Beautiful inside out thank you for helping me with my son medications!

Today walked in with sick 2yo on my hand to get antibiotics. They weren't able to get my insurance info from my card in to their prehistoric system. Asking me to contact my insurance and get more info so I did. Wasted 25min on the phone being transferred 2 times was able to provide the numbers requested by pharmacy "professional?" . Still not able to process simple request. Had to go back to doctors office luckily for me located on the same block. Doctor send prescription to another pharmacy one block away. Went there (63-65 108st) IN AND OUT the door with medication in my one hand and sick baby in other in 10min. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere! No questions asked no problem with insurance

I just called this pharmacy to ask if they carried a medication. The person who answered said, “We have never heard of this, GOODBYE.” I thought perhaps it was a miscommunication or they were busy. I called back to confirm it was a pharmacy. The same person said “You just called and I know who you are, GOODBYE.” I found this a curious approach to customer service as a healthcare provider myself.

Double checked to see what time they closed (7PM) I get there at 5:15PM and they were all locked up.
