Carlos was amazing and personable from beginning to end of both of my knee replacements and rotator cuff repair. He was always kind and patient, actually listened to concerns and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I would recommend he and Dr. Scales to absolutely anyone!
This practitioner was part of my brothers team for a knee replacement and a knee repair. Today my brother is in Braselton hospital because he broke his hip which Dr Garcia knew needed replacing a month ago! Rather than being helpful he chose to tell my brother off because he didn’t finish knee therapy! This was during Covid and the therapist told My brother not to come in! What medical professional talks to patients this way and refuses to do his hip! He’s an awful choice for a doctor!
Dr Carlos was AMAZING he was so polite and friendly. I am 69 yrs old and he Explained everything to me so I would understand I was so nervous as this was my first visit and I don’t like going to a new dr but would highly recommend him. His staff was GREAT as well!!
Compassionate and caring. Would recommend to anyone. Not judgemental. Very perfessional. Helped me with my knee.
