All of the staff including the receptionist, phlebotomist, nurses, and appointment schedulers were welcoming and nice. Dr. Shores was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and supportive of my concerns. Her responses were genuine and her approach was personable. My overall experience was very smooth and helpful.

Carla is awesome! She listened, was thorough and so very pleasant. I look forward to having her as my PA for years to come and I will highly recommend her to everyone!!

A strong advocate for many years of knowing her as my go to for end stage liver disease, and fought for my survival of sepsis. She stands strong without judgement. She doesn't care how a patient may have ESLD unlike others who assume that alcohol is the reason for the diagnosis. She has advocated for me for years. She truly cares.

The first provider that I have seen in a long time that takes the time to listen and discuss concerns and actually talk through options. Highly recommend. I only wish she was a primary care provider.
