Dr. Sappenfield is one of the most thorough and thoughtful providers I have ever dealt with. She listens carefully, remembers everything, and is very careful in her patient care. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and she has provided the highest level of care I could have imagined in taking care of my contact lens and vision needs. Very responsive to messages, and insurance questions. Such a great provider!

Anyone assigned to Dr. Sappenfield under the new operating strategy at the facility (no doctors for routine eye care but OD's instead) at the facility can expect the same excellent quality that has been the standard at HREA for the 20-years I have been going there, and my Dad before me.

Very rude call operator there, I was trying to explain my situation and what issues I’m facing, she just hung up the call on me twice, they aren’t helpful at all.
