⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly outstanding experience After 14 years with the same dentist, I was hesitant to switch—but Caring Dentistry exceeded every expectation. The care was thorough, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. The entire team was attentive, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable, and the experience was so positive that I’ll continue coming here even though they’re out of my insurance network. Huge thanks to Sandy, Dr. Pineiro, and the amazing staff. A true 5-star practice that lives up to its reputation. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Caring Dentistry of Naples. Ellen is an incredible dentist — patient, skilled, and really easy to talk to. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and I always leave feeling confident about my smile.

I called to ask about teeth whitening and was told it’s $300 for four 30-minute sessions that must all be done the same day (2–3 hours straight). I politely asked if it could be split into two days and was told, “you can go to another place.” When I responded, she said “have a nice day” and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not how you treat potential clients.

Dr Blanco is amazing! Ellen is so gentle with my cleanings & Elizabeth always explains everything to me from copays to what to expect at appointments! 10 out of 10 recommend!
