CareWell Urgent Care

1 star is way to much for the service carewell urgent care Natick location. Terrible. If you are sick and look for care DO NOT GO there. They make you wait for hours eventhough there is no other patient. They don’t even bother to tell you why are you waiting, how long you’re going to wait. This place is not for health care it’s for health ruining. TERRIBLE HEALTH CARE location.

This was my first choice when I had an issue with my eye. I was able to schedule an appointment same day and was seen quickly. Provider was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything. There were multiple issues at the pharmacy and he went above and beyond to ensure that I could get the medication. I called back 2-3 times that day and was able to speak with him each time. The staff was always friendly and quickly handled the issue. As a healthcare provider, I appreciate the care, efficiency and willingness to assist because I know how exasperating it can be in such a fast pace environment.

CareWell cares! I had to get a second Covid Test, with the first one being inconclusive. This location offers rapid testing. Sure, I had to wait, but the staff was beyond pleasant. Doing the best they could to keep the wait down. The woman at the front desk was so patient with all of the questions and walkins. The NP had a great bedside manner. He made me feel at ease. Then the doctor was so sweet. Keep up the great work! These times are crazy - but we thank the frontline workers!

Absolutely amazing urgent care! I took my 6 year old in. She was treated AMAZINGLY by the staff. They were all SO caring and compassionate. Very efficient and we were in and out within 30 minutes. NP Peg Gentile was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend. Thank you to all of the amazing staff.

Went in to CareWell Urgent Care Monday morning as I couldn't get an appointment with my primary as quickly as I wanted. The clinic was bright, clean, quiet, and welcoming at 11:00 am and there was only one person ahead of me. The receptionist (I'm sorry I cannot recall her name) was cheerful, very attentive, and polite as she was checking me in and explaining what to expect. I was taken to the exam room after waiting probably around 10 minutes. The wait in the exam room, for the doctor, was approximately the same. The doctor (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) was engaged, thoughtful, and asked appropriate questions. The examination was efficient and thorough for my primary complaint. He came across as being in a good mood and he was quite congenial. I've had more than my share of grumpy
