CareWell Urgent Care Fitchburg

Walked in. Never been here before I wasn’t even acknowledged. Didn’t know that I needed to register at the kiosk so I waited and the gentleman who was behind the desk was less than accommodating and friendly. Would be helpful if you acknowledge someone walking through the door and say please register at the kiosk. A small dose of customer service goes a long way.

I had a great experience today. Staff was friendly and I was seen in 20 minutes right after opening. Tracy answered my questions, Sarah was pleasant and professional. Jessica was thorough and they diagnosed me after a rapid test. I was discharged quickly with instructions and my pharmacy acknowledged receipt of my prescriptions shortly after. Thank you

Very great experience at this urgent care. Friendly, professional, and efficient staff from front desk to the nurses. Quickly assessed my little one and got us in and out. Even quickly sent the prescription to another pharmacy when I called after we left, our original pharmacy didn't have it right away. Any time we've been here over the years we've been well taken care of.

They were positively swamped! Standing room only but the staff remained friendly and helpful. Kiosk down. X-ray down. yup, still helpful. They all maintained a professional attitude. Took a while but I got the help I needed. Thank you all.

I had an appointment but waited about 20 minutes past that time. Making the appointment and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and treated me with care. I’ve been here before and will continue using CareWell as needed. I recommend!
