All the staff are wonderful. They are friendly, caring and professional. You are seen promptly and everytime we have been there, every single person, front desk, nurses and doctors are so kind, approachable and genuinely care.

Easy to book an appointment. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My wait time was really short. Same after I went to back room to see the doctor - was a short wait time. Doctor listened to me about my back issues, which is what people are looking for when they go see a doctor. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been here a couple of times. I have not had to wait very long to be seen. The facility is modern and clean. The staff have always been welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional.

Highly recommend! The phone system is awesome! I first called another urgent care, and they had many annoying prompts to go through before I could speak to a human person. Second- the lady who answered “Lisette” was professional, compassionate & extremely helpful! Third - the ARNP Lisa was also compassionate, professional & took the time to listen. 10 stars for sure!!!

A waste of time and money for me. When I made the appointment I said it was for leg pain and was worried it may be a blood clot, I had no idea what needed to be done to check that but it was the weekend so I thought I’d go here to see what they can do to help. They told me they only provide X-rays and asked if I wanted to proceed with my appointment and had me pay $200 before I was taken back. Then I was told the only thing that can be done is an ultrasound and they don’t do that. Since I said what I was there for it would have been nice for someone to tell me they can’t do anything before I wasted my time and money. I asked for a least a partial refund since there was nothing they could do and I was told that since I said yes when I was asked if I wanted to proceed with my appointment tha
