CareSpot Urgent Care of Ocoee

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and efficient. I came in with a sprained Achilles tendon and was seen quickly without feeling rushed. The medical team took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. They were gentle during the exam and genuinely cared about my comfort and recovery. The facility was clean, organized, and well run, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciated how smooth and reassuring the visit was. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt, compassionate care.

I had the greatest experience at this Carespot. I’ve been to a couple locations. They are always Convenient , professional, lots of services available on site, and quicker than waiting for an appointment with my primary Orlando Health doctor when I need to see a doc sooner than later. The staff is very friendly and kind at this specific location. And I like that I can stay within the Orlando Health system to keep my records together. Highly recommend anyone go there. Very straightforward with their menu of services and associated costs. The doctor and nurses are human and compassionate. Love Care Spot!

I needed medical assistance the past two Saturdays in a row. Very easy to get appointments arriving there. Staff was very friendly at the front desk and the wait was very reasonable considering how busy everything was! I was fortunate on both visits to have Nicole as my PA. I’m not sure if she just works weekends or not, but it was nice having her there. She listened to what I had to say and incorporated my feelings into her plans for my care. The medical assistants that came in were extremely kind and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about my visits! Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

Took my daughter to the Ocoee CareSpot location and they were quick, super friendly and on point with diagnosing her. The RN and PA was so efficient, knowledgeable and fast and this mom truly appreciated them both. Great service!!!!
