CareSpot Urgent Care of Ocala

It took me 4 days to get out of bed to come I was taken in in a timely manner and examined Tested for Covid and negative. Couldn’t talk or breathe fever and weakness Seeen by a competent staff that prescribed my drugs Callled them in do that I could pick them up on my way home Now that’s healthcare!

Clean, spotless, smells nice. The doctor was on point, direct, got you in the room and out in a timely manner. Front staff was great and Rhonda, the nurse, could give a master class on giving shots. That woman is one of a kind. Personable, kind, skilled, and someone you’d like as a part of your family, lol. Also, when you can give a tetanus vaccine without the client feeling any aspect of it~ that’s pure talent and skill. Give the woman a raise for that alone ;)

I went to CareSpot in Ocala on 200 this morning. This is a busy location however the staff is phenomenal and does it all with a smile and friendly demeanor. Everyone I encountered today was excellent. I see some reviews here mentioning the wait time. I would choose this place over anywhere else even with a wait to know that I will be seen by competent, happy, staff. Healthcare is hard y’all and this location does it well and with the utmost professionalism. I would like to give a shout out to Jessica A., you’re a top notch professional!

I brought my son here after striking out with several other clinics — his pediatrician couldn’t see him for days, our new clinic for over a week, and even our family doctor was booked for weeks. I just needed him to feel better, and this place was amazing! I got through right away on the phone to confirm they accepted our insurance and saw minors, then easily scheduled an appointment online for the same morning. Check-in was quick with minimal paperwork, and everyone was so pleasant and kind. The nurse and doctor took great care of him — they treated him like a person, not just a number. They cleaned his ear and diagnosed him with such care. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back… in fact, I’d look forward to it!

VERy poor experience. Booked an online appointment, still had to wait over an hour to even get into the room. Jessica the nurse great. The doctor seemed nice but the worst exam i have ever witnessed. We felt totally brushed off.
