CareSpot Urgent Care of Oakleaf

Great experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and the nurses and doctor were kind and professional. I really appreciate the care we received.

I walked in same day for a vax for my child. They helped us out, it was affordable without insurance. Very convenient. Front desk staff and Immz technician had great bedside manner!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I explained all my symptoms before I stepped foot in the back to be seen, spent $50 just to be told to go to the ER. If that was the case then someone should have said that before I even went to bed seen. The fact that the lady that saw me acted like I wasn’t suppose to be there is just extremely unprofessional. I don’t feel good I haven’t felt good for 2 days. If I felt like I needed to go to the ER I would have. What is the purpose of an urgent care if they can’t do or test you for anything… I paid my $50 so run the test that you are able to run. This why is people don’t go to the doctor, because it seems like more and more of them don’t care about the people that step foot into their offices!! I will never go back to

The staff was friendly and professional. The service was quick; it wasn’t busy at the time so I was in and out. The location is close to my home. The clinic was clean and had plenty of space. The business hours make it easy to come in especially if you work during week or on the weekend.
