Horrible wait — we understand that without an appointment, it’s uncertain as to how long it may take to be seen — however both visits were painfully long. My first visit, I came in as I had rolled my ankle in school and could not walk. The wait to be seen ALONE prolonged the pain. They sent me home with a boot, crutches, and an excuse note for three days. Three days later, I am still unable to walk putting partial weight on it, still in pain. After waiting an hour, we’re seen by a nice lady who took my vitals and Maggie comes in asking “what are you guys doing back here” with a confused face and mean tone. After a wait as long as that and clearly being seen limping with crutches down the hallway, it would be nice to be greeted with compassion and concern. She told us they don’t prescribe p

I have visited the north side location in the past, I must say, my last visit was the best experience I have ever had. I have avoided this location due to previous unpleasant experiences with the team. I was desperate on 2/4/26, I decided to give them another try. I was pleasantly surprised. A lovely young lady greeted me at the front desk and made sure I was fully checked in. The clinical nurse and doctor listened to my concerns. My care was excellent and I was in and out. I regret I don’t remember names.

Long wait. 3:30-8pm(after closing time)Then placed in the examine room to wait 20 more minutes.Public restroom destroyed that they advise you to use and they don’t have equipment to perform sonogram test. Well, it’s broke. I have insurance so I paid my copay but for a person to not have insurance and pay $200 to be seen and not able to be confirm situation is ridiculous. The Dr is fabulous but the lack functioning equipment

The Doctors and nurses here were great to me. I would absolutely repeat visits here. I thought my DOT physical took 3x as long as it should have. Since I've done DOT physicals for nearly 25yrs now I know a thing or two about how long it should take. Lol Nevertheless, it was a great visit, and the price of the exam was very decent. I recommend. I am so grateful I was able to go here and get on antibiotics right away. I was in so much pain from a sinus infection. My PCP doctor’s office couldn’t see me the same day and going to an emergency room seemed like overkill. At 9am I was able to make an appointment online for 9:45am. I was in and out by 10:30 and was able to start the antibiotics by noon. Staff was friendly and professional.
