CareSpot Urgent Care of Jacksonville Mandarin

I had such an excellent experience at this Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and very efficient with the check-in process. The waiting time was minimal, and I truly felt that my time was valued. The medical team was outstanding—professional, compassionate, and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before leaving. The facility was also very clean, organized, and well-equipped, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. It’s rare to find a place where both efficiency and genuine care come together, but this Urgent Care has accomplished exactly that. My elderly Mother fell and needed an x-ray. We came to CareSpot and were blown away by how efficiently this place is ran. Besides the cold welcoming (if you can even call it that) from the lady at the front desk, it was top notch care. The X-ray tech, Jamie, did our check in AND my Mom’s X-ray. Her kindness, patience and compassion is rare to find in healthcare staff anymore. She’s a professional that goes over the top for her patients.

The Nurses and Dr. here are Incredible! They are exactly what you hope for anytime you have to visit a Doctor. I don’t want to say her name, but APRN LC and the Nurse, Amazing!!! I thank YALL. The most caring, and polite yet professional medical team I’ve ever experienced. I will always be returning to this exact Carespot.

On the positive side, they saw me fast. The front desk clerk was rude to me and the people calling in as I sat waiting. (I was the only person in the waiting room early in the morning.) Long story short, the clerk charged my credit card but my insurance paid 100%. They're now overpaid. I've been asking for weeks for refund, which I was just told is still "pending.... we have system issues." When Carespot's treatment (antibiotic) failed, I had to re-do duplicate testing and go on a second antibiotic for a longer duration with my primary care provider to resolve my problem.

As usual, I did something crazy on NY eve. Sober. Crushed my right thumb in my car door when my dog made a jump for it. PA Brittney and MA & XR tech Jamie were present, kind and efficient. Provided me with everything I need to follow up with a hand specialist, painless stitches and antibiotics sent to my pharmacy immediately. Thank you for this urgent care!
