CareSpot Urgent Care of Jacksonville Beach & Hodges

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I arrived early for my appointment while extremely sick and still was seen late. The nurse practitioner did not properly examine me and appeared rushed, telling me to take over-the-counter medication — even though I later tested positive for Flu A. I had to insist on receiving an appropriate prescription before leaving. In addition, the office incorrectly charged my husband’s credit card for another patient’s visit. After disputing the charge, we then received a bill for $218 for a service I did not receive. This experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, especially when dealing with patients who are clearly ill. I’ve been on hold with the billing department for more than an hour and nothing was resolved

Needed to complete a drug screen for new employment at short notice. Checked in to CareSpot last Saturday and they were busy. Thankfully, Tammy helped check me in and complete my registration within minutes. Carol and Nissi quickly completed the process and had me out the door…everyone very friendly! Thank you ladies!

I always had good experience with them, minor service stuff, like immunization or vaccines like that, I have my pcp and health insurance and don’t need any urgent care anytime, but what ever reason I went there I always was satisfied and happy with their customer service and wait time.

This was a nice place, and I didn't have to wait to be seen for my appointment. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Even late in the day when I'm sure the staff were tired, they were so nice and I got the exact care I needed.

Easy to make your own online appointment, check in is quick and easy. Attendant and nurse practitioner were efficient and knowledgeable. Treatment was just what I needed for Bronchitis. Day later already seeing some help.
