CareSpot Urgent Care of Jacksonville Arlington Monument

Last year I went to the Care Spot at 1021 Cesery Blvd, I was very happy with the care I received there. How ever, this time, I was concerned I could have a small fracture, and wanted an X-ray, so I had to go the Care Spot @ 2401 Monument Rd. The intake person was borderline rude; the nurse practitioner just asked a couple of questions, but did not examine my knee, and told me I was fine. I was massively disappointed, I drove over half hour to that facility only because they had X-rays onsite, my copay is 3 times what it was last year, I wasn't planning on leaving without knowing for sure that my knee was fine, so I requested the X-rays, the nurse practitioner was not happy about it, but I insisted, and finally she agreed. Was happy to get an appointment time for my sick kiddo. The staff were all friendly and professional. The provider Jenny was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my child was ok even the next day. She really took the time and gave quality care.

I went to the Care Spot on Monument Road to have a hook removed from my thumb. I was in a room in 5 minutes. That was a suprise. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was very professional and calming. I was very impressed with her knowledge and ability to quickly remove the hook. She removed it so smoothly that it left a very tiny hole. I would give the Doctor and the whole staff a Ten out of Ten.

I liked Alexis and the front desk staff at the Monument office. They were excellent. I am feeling relief already from my knee injury. Alexis took the time to discuss my options.I did not like that I scheduled an appointment at the Beaches office. I got there and was told there was no x-ray available. I also called prior to my arrival but was put on hold for 15 minutes. The woman at the desk told me that I should have called ahead to check and see if x-ray services were available. As you advertise x-Ray, why would anyone assume they were not available? She wasn't very friendly either. I had to go to a different office in extreme pain and could not walk.

Guy behind the counter clearly didn’t want to help me. Told me I had to make an appointment for a physical and come back in 4 hours. Something that clearly is stated as a walk in service. The CareSpot of Cesery was fantastic.
