Dr. Smith was amazing with me. She is exactly what all doctors should be: caring, concerned, and attentive. I have seen her several times, and she has taken such excellent care of me every time. The staff are wonderful as well. They treat you as an individual, even though they see many people throughout the day. They understand that you’re there because you don’t feel well, and they truly want to provide the best healthcare experience possible. They all went above and beyond their duties for me yesterday, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness. This is a great team! I feel safe and comfortable in their hands.

Yesterday, I had my visit, and I want to share how wonderful it was. Jenny and Amber were both there to help me, and they really took good care of my needs. They were friendly and kind, which helped me relax during my visit. Both of them were also very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. They answered all my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how they listened to me and made sure I felt at ease. It’s always nice to have someone who understands and supports you. Overall, my experience was great, and I am grateful for the care I received from Jenny and Amber. They truly made a positive difference during my visit, and I left feeling happy and well taken care of.

I was ill early in the morning and got on the website and was able to use the "save my spot" feature which is essentially making an appointment. Once there the registration process was quick and easy. Facility is very clean. Staff were polite and professional.

Fabulous Urgent Care! Staff was helpful and supportive when I came in and had a broken ankle. The ladies at the front were caring and attentive. Dr.Shelby and her team made me feel right at home and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend. 5 star for sure!

Took my daughter her the other day because she didn’t feel well and turned out she had the flu. They were quick to take her and accurately diagnosed her. Medications were sent to the nearby 24-hour pharmacy and she is feeling better just 36 hours later! Big thank you!
