CarePro Compounding

Your receptionist was extremely unprofessional. My son just got discharged after surgery and I was told this pharmacy was just across the street and we’d be able to pick up his prescription there for these special lollipops to help with his pain. I politely said “Hi, I’m here to pick up a prescription for my son, ______.” I don’t recall what she asked or how I responded to have her yell at me that she can’t hand over a prescription to just anyone. Shocked, I asked her what she needed. She wanted to know what office it was for, so I told her the doctors office and that it was for ENT. In all my years of going to a pharmacy I’ve only ever needed the patients information to pick up. She continued to say they called to see if we wanted this prescription, which I wasn’t made aware of. N

They had the specialized medication I needed for my pet ready within 24 hours.

My health has improved 95% by having proper bioavailable compounds with no allergens in the capsules. In regards to the other review, the reason you must submit the claim yourself is because they are a specialty compounding service. For example, my son has a condition that caused terrible diaper rash and though we tried everything, nothing worked. The Target Pharmacy (also awesome, on the SW side anyway) referred me to Care Pro as they are limited to mixing 2 ingredients and Care Pro could customize something for my son. They looked into and came up with a solution that actually worked! Did I have to pay out of pocket initially and submit it myself? Yes, but printing out a little form and mailing it is hardly the trouble that diaper rash was, and their knowledgeable and very friendly staff was awesome with following up and getting the cream made immediately for us.
