⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Care Point Pharmacy to have a prescription filled, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The owner refused to fill my prescription, stating that I would need to transfer all of my prescriptions to their pharmacy first. Even after I agreed to transfer them, he still declined to fill it. He also mentioned that he does not want the business of anyone who needs that particular prescription, which was surprising and frustrating to hear. What makes this even more difficult is that my prescription plan requires me to use him or another approved pharmacy, so I was hoping for better service and cooperation. I left without the medication I needed and without a solution. I hope the pharmacy considers improving their customer service and communication policies
