Incompetent staff when it comes to billing. Spoke to the Dawn Vaughn and she tried to gaslight me as if I didn’t know what preventative health services were. Very unproductive. Won’t be back.

I came in with a bad case of poison ivy. I wasn't aware that blue cross doesn't let you go to a doctor other than your provider, and was not told this when I paid my copay this morning at the visit. I got a call telling me I need to call my provider and get them to refer me. My doctor said they don't do that. Now I'm out a doctor's visit and they still haven't even called in my prescription, and I'm miserable.I've never heard of a walk in clinic doing such. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I've always received great service from the providers at CarePlus. It's a great spot for working gals, who need a quick clean bill of health and a shot in the hip.

Went in to have my leg diagnosed after I heard a pop in my calf muscle. The doctor gave me a pointless xray ,after I told her there are no broken bones. it was a pop in my calf and that's where the pain was,she couldn't even examine me and determine if it was my Achilles or a torn calf muscle which is a simple test. The place is pointless they can't do simple exams ,all they do is take your money and refer you to somebody else that's charges a arm and leg

These are no longer doc in the box places there is no doctor on duty. These are only nurse practitioners. Please be aware if you’re going for any kind of prescription that needs medical doctors approval. You are not going to find it at this facility I tried to get a simple prescription of Ambien for a flight out of the country so I could sleep, and there was no doctor on duty. The nurse practitioner did not feel comfortable, and would not even examine me to make sure I was in adequate health to receive a prescription I do not recommend this and I have been going here since 2000 but obviously things have changed.
