CareOne at Peabody

This was my first time here, I went to visit my mom. I found the staff to be very friendly. The nurses caring for her were very knowledgeable about her situation even though she has only been there a couple days. Before I went to visit I had called to check in on how things were going, the nurses were very helpful sharing everything they could with me and answering my questions. When I saw the place I person I was a little surprised, based on the rating and the pictures I was shown. I felt like the pictures were nicer than the actual place and walking in it smelt dirty and some places looked like they could've been cleaned better. The entire team at Care One Peabody has been amazing during my mother‘s stay in rehab. My mom has dementia, and was experiencing anxiety in the room that she was sharing with another patient. The staff was kind enough to move her to another room where she is now thriving with her new neighbor. She also really loves the activities they have there. The live music was wonderful, bingo games, and many various other activities. I am grateful for the staff, they truly are compassionate people, and it shows that they love their jobs. They go above and beyond to ensure the patient (and the family!) are happy with the care. I couldn’t have asked for a better team taking care of my mom. Thank you!!

After several hospitalizations, my husband was transferred to Care One in Peabody. I was able to sleep nights as I knew he was well cared for. From nursing to CNA to PT & OT to NP and MD, everyone was competent, caring, and supportive in his physical and mental rehabilitation. In a sea of subacute rehabs, Care One in Wilmington and his final stay at Care One in Peabody was the best.

I was visiting a friend recovering from surgery and was impressed with Care One Peabody. Efficient and friendly plus user friendly pad to sign in on. Then easily found the room and had had a nice visit with Mary while she was “walking therapy “ Just what you hope for your loved ones!
