When my elder friend was being cared for here, the nurses and social workers were very helpful in keeping me informed since I live out of state. When my friend requested that they contact me, they did indeed make the effort and located me. I am especially pleased to note that their Business manager Fraysha was especially helpful while I was coming up to speed on the situation. Not every business office goes above and beyond billing and collections, but she did and my friend trusted her. Thank you team for your care.

Not a good start at rehab. Food was cold and inedible. Even if it was hot it would have not been edible Everything on the try is stuff I can not eat. Have not gotten any of my medication. Roommate is horrible. Absolutely no care here at all. No one from administration even came to see me except to say they would talk to me tomorrow. The na and nurse had no idea about my condition or why i was here. I had to tell them they needed to check my blood sugar. To which one said they already had. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Only been here 4 hours. Three days later still having the same issues. Nothing has changed. They are still denying me my medications. I adked for my insulin and was told i didnt get it with my noon meal. I said yes I do. I have my discharged paperwork which clearl

Wonder where they went...Henry the day nurse is amazing could not do enough for me...my anxiety meds they increased I feel so they didn't have to deal with me...my family took me out of there as I was like a zombie ...stay away..this place is terrible..plus they put a covid patient in with me knowing I had respiratory issues....ugh patient beware.

If this helps save even one person from coming here it is worth writing. The floor my grandfather was on smelled like urine- all the halls, the common areas, and his room. A rat crawled into the room one day when I was visiting. When we brought this to the staffs attention, the response was "it's winter so that happens." My grandfather, who has parkinsons and dementia, was not given his medication for numerous days. His bed reeked of urine and clothes were soiled. He has little to no independent mobility. The next day I came back he was not in his room. When I asked the attending staff where he is, they very obviously began to panic because they had no idea where he is either. We eventually found him in another room, confused, and knees BLACK AND BRUISED from falling and being left there.
