CareOne at Holyoke

My fiance was admitted a year ago into care one facility. They treat him horribly he has lost two roommates to death down there and they will do nothing about getting him out of there into a facility for to live in full time after. They have someone his social security check is SSI

Care One @ Holyoke is truly a one of a kind facility. Our clientele is challenging at times, but I've never had a DON or Administrator as committed to their residents well-being and care as I have found here. Many of our nurses have been here for 10+ years, they know the residents and care for them as if they were family.

There are truly some very special people working at this facility. Some of the professionals have been at this facility for DECADES!! That is dedication for sure, you could imagine how well they know their residents, for many they are family. This facility is truly unique, one of the few Neuro- Rehabilitation facilities in the area.

I really enjoyed that the woman answering the phone set the phone down , she didn't place me on hold, so I cold hear the music from her cell phone in the back ground for 15 to 30 minutes just to speak with the Business office about a bill. I hear 3 different conversations and never got any help. Unprofessional

I've been here for over 4 years. I've done everything asked or required of me here and the phasilaty is doing nothing in my interest for me to move on from here. I see it for what it is a for profit corporation/business
