CareOne at Holmdel

Our mother was treated very well during her time at CareOne Holmdel. First as a rehab patient, then as a long-term care resident where she was treated so nicely by every staff member she encountered. Visiting family members were always greeted warmly and given updates on our mother’s health, mood and eating habits. From Ginny at the front desk, to every nurse and aide, including the activities staff, housekeeping, culinary staff and the hairdresser, our mother was treated with dignity and respect. I would recommend CareOne Holmdel to anyone. My only recommendation is to freshen up the landscaping, visitors chairs and indoor and outdoor paint.

A close friend of my recommended this facility to me. My 87 yr old dad came here from being in the hospital for 4 weeks. He was unable to stand up. He's been here for 4 weeks and has done great. Can move around with a walker now. Everyone here has been fantastic. Nursing staff, physical therapy, speech therapy, all incredible. We are very happy we chose this facility. Highly recommend to any one looking for a rehab.

I stayed here for about a month and absolutely loved it! The therapy was not only fun but also really helped me get better. The therapists are amazing—they really push you to be your best, and I’m so thankful for their support. The nurses are kind, polite, and truly care about the residents. Any concerns I had were listened to and addressed quickly. It’s clear that the staff pays attention to everything and genuinely wants the best for the residents.

I was lucky to have a great team of nurses and staff working with me. At first I was homesick, but soon the daily routine helped immensely. Do your best at rehab and you’ll get better quicker.

My mother was a resident at Care One Holmdel at the end of her life from May - September 2025. She had dementia and a heart condition so she needed full time around the clock care. I can't say enough positive things about the nurses, aides, staff at Care One. It was difficult to move my mom from her home to a long term care facility, but the caregivers here made it an easy transition for my mom and our family. My mother was kept busy during the day in the activity/day room or outside patio most of the day and was kept involved with the activities staff, nurses, aides and the other residents. The staff/nurses were compassionate and gave great care to my mom and they were kind and friendly to me and my family. All in all it was a positive experience. The facility could use a coat of paint so
