CareOne at Cresskill

I had a wonderful experience at CareOne at Cresskill, and I highly recommend it for anyone needing post-acute care! The staff is friendly, attentive, and most importantly made me feel good during a difficult time. I was at CareOne in Creskill for rehab. The team is incredible, highly skilled, encouraging, and dedicated to getting patients back on their feet. I would like to especially praise one of the PT fellows, Nicolas Raymond, for showing me immense compassion and also excellent, high-performing rehabilitation. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The nurses and aides (especially Esnedy Giraldo- Gallego) are warm and attentive. I also want to include a special thank you to Allison Witschonke, Alisa Messer and Melisa for helping me to feel at home while staying in CareOne.

All of the staff members are very kind and patient. The building is clean and the food is tasty. Activities happen daily and you get to socialize with others. I am really enjoying my time here. Whenever I have questions, answers are quickly provided.

Ii can't say enough about my experience at Care One of Cresskill. The wonderful staff...especially Blossom, the social worker, the physical Therapy department, the Activity Department, the food was so much better than other care centers, the nurses and aides were kind and caring. Especially shout out to Ell Haj, Paz, and Donna....I miss you all and wish you all the best and thanks for everything!

Never again. Understaffed. Outright deception from top - down. My mother came out far worse than she went in. She was left to rot in a bed all day. Served high calorie, packaged foods and gained 40 pounds in 3 months. Poorly bathed leaded to skin infections on face, ears and feet. Poorly bathed in private areas leading to UTI infection. Appalled and Disgusted by the lack of care. CareNONE.

I would give a hundred stars if I could. I can’t say enough wonderful things about CareOne at Cresskill. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome, supported, and cared for. The facility is clean, well-organized, and truly focused on the comfort and well-being of its residents. A special shout-out goes to Nurse June — she is an absolute gem! Her kindness, patience, and dedication go above and beyond. She always takes the time to explain everything, listens to concerns with genuine care, and treats each patient as if they were her own family. Her compassion and professionalism made a world of difference in our experience.
