Excellent experience with Brianne. She was professional, made direct eye contact with me when speaking, was interested in my well being and spoke clearly. I was very comfortable speaking with her. Her instructions for my home care were very clear. I think she was spot on with my diagnosis as I am getting better due to her expertise. Would definitely recommend her - she listens to you and takes time to explain whatever if you need clarification. Thank you, Brianne.

I am Deborah Semegran. My experience at Urgent Care in Cresskill with Brianne was very good. She was very nice and asked all the right questions. She prescribed an antibiotic for me that helped my situation. Her helper (I believe her name was Paige) was also very nice and thorough.

Really good experience overall. Easy to make and get an appointment. I was the only one in the waiting room, but still had to wait a few minutes - no big deal. Everyone was really nice to me, and I got the medical care I needed.

Brianne is very professional and certainly talented. She sutured my wound on my forehead just above my right eye. She used 6 stitches I was concerned about the remaining scare. the stitches have been removed and the wound is barely noticeable. I’m sure when the wound is fully healed the scare will be hardly noticeable. This job was done as good as if not better then that of a plastic surgeon. I I know from experience. I have had many stitches over my many years. Great work. I would highly recommend her

Brianne was and has always been great! I did bring my daughter in for a sore throat, but I want to thank/praise Brianne for something else. My perspective is different; I’m one of the Lieutenants with Cresskill EMS. When we walk in and I see Brianne, I instantly know we’re going to not only get a good/full report, but we’re also going to get her advice if needed. If she thinks we need medics, she’ll tell us right away. If it’s urgent, she’ll let us know and help us package the patient to get us back out the door and on the way to the hospital as quickly as possible. 6 stars if I could do it! Ps, I almost forgot…she calls ahead to the hospital for us. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
