CareNow Urgent Care - Willow Lawn

This was the best experience I've had at an urgent care! Everyone that I interacted with at the clinic was incredibly kind, empathetic and professional! Gabby, Honey and Gina were WONDERFUL! I got quick answers and a treatment plan and was seen/treated in a timely manner - even on a Saturday! Wonderful service and I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care for my pre-employment drug screening. Alyse and the entire front desk staff were amazing, welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They made what could’ve been a routine process feel smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service. Alyse was amazing! But from the moment I walked in the door and spoke with Aaron he was amazing. All the staff was friendly. They was punctual, and I will come again if I need service.

I am shocked to find that Urgent Cares cannot hydrate people, esp during the flu season. I had no idea this was the case, so we basically paid 50 bucks for a lady to come in, look in an ear, and say we cannot help you. Won't ever go back. Waste of $. Wish someone had told us that BEFORE we paid and waited. On the plus side the staff was nice but no help. Honestly, I should have known. I went to one a few years ago for cuts on my face. They took 200 (bc I did not have insurance they covered), put me in a room, and then said we cannot help you. I was told I would get that 200 refunded which never happened. Same deal, people were nice but Urgent needs to be a little more upfront with what they can and cannot treat before taking payments from people.

The staff at CareNow was tremendously helpful with my appointment. I needed immunization tests and Onika was very helpful with understanding my needs and indicating that to the staff. The staff was helpful and quick with my physical, and Tamasha gave me one of the easiest blood draws I’ve ever had. Tamasha in particular was extremely helpful in making sure I received all of my records and even followed up to see if everything was good. Could not recommend enough!
