CareNow Urgent Care - Uptown

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am thankful for CareNow being so close to my home. They were less than a mile away, which made it super convenient when I needed help. They opened at 8 a.m., and I saw the doctor pretty quickly, around 9 a.m. The check-in was easy and there was not much paperwork. The doctor took time to check on me and make sure I was okay, and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, they did not accept my insurance, but the fast service and close location were still very helpful. Thank you for taking care of me! 😊

The most helpful and caring team of providers I have met they got me In and out of the office pretty quick. Everyone was so friendly even for a late night walk in definitely will be my new spot for any fast and efficient care! I cant thank them enough, but thank y’all again!

we waited over 45 minutes past our scheduled time. we signed in online an hour prior and got a text that they were ready for us, then proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes after we arrived. the lobby was so crowded that there were no seats so i was forced to sit on the floor. when a seat became available, i asked an older woman if she wouldn't mind scooting on the bench just a bit so i could sit on a chair. she then scoffed at me and called me entitled, saying the older gentleman (who just arrived) needed the seat. he declined the seat, but she still refused to let me sit. saying i'm young, and that she could be my grandmother. she was getting quite loud and rude but staff didn't care. i continued to sit on the floor as she continued to try and argue with me... eventually we were call

This was absolutely unsafe care. I needed a TB blood test for work. I called the office and was on hold for 25 minutes. While on the phone with office staff, it was obvious that the office staff was very confused. She placed me hold several times to verify information with a colleague. Office staff confirmed that they could complete my requested blood work. She requested I schedule an appointment on their online system which I did. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and when I received a text message to come in to the office. Upon arrival the office staff violated HIPAA by asking “Hi are you McKenzie?” I confirmed I was not. They never verified any of my information. They the charged me an additional fee for an office visit (per their website this is not needed for my blood draw)

Had to come here for a random drug screening for work and it was ridiculous. Arrived at 1040AM, checked in, and just sat there waiting for over a hour… for a drug screening! Then they called someone else back, for drug testing, that arrived AFTER me. The front desk staff is RUDE, and I wish I could’ve went to a location closer to my residence! The only saving grace was the manger, Maggie. She was very professional and nice!
