CareNow Urgent Care - Spring

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Don't waste your time and money. I went due abdominal pain, nausea, vomit and diarrhea. I did explain that the pain started in the middle of my stomach and then it went down the abdomen, feeling bolted and extreme pain. The doctor told me I had gas, and that I should let the diarrhea end by its own and that I shouldn't take anything for the pain, I was crying due the intense pain specially when she touched my right side of my low abdomen. Well, she sent me home with only nausea medicine. After 7 hours of still not feeling better I decided to go to ER, well I had APPENDICITIS!!!!!! Imagine if I should have listened this doctor and waited 3 DAYS as their recommendation. I was operated the very next day. Even google knew what I had and not this doctor... ""The main

I am writing this to express my absolute frustration and outrage regarding the billing department and management at this location. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by blatant misinformation and what I can only describe as predatory billing practices. When I visited this facility, I was very clear about my intent to pay out-of-pocket. I was given a specific amount, which I paid in full at the time of service. I was explicitly told by the staff that this payment covered the entirety of my visit and that my account would reflect a zero balance. However, despite these verbal assurances and my immediate payment, I have been harassed with additional bills. Don’t go to this place!!! I went there and they just told me to go somewhere else because they can’t do anything, I have a stomach pain and they assume I have gastritis, just talked to the Asian doctor for 5 minutes, but they charged me $50 just so they can tell me to go somewhere else

I came in as a walk-in for a medical visit and was seen by Dr. Khairuniza Lau. She was incredibly empathetic and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire appointment. From start to finish, she took the time to answer every single question I had, no matter how small, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She was truly wonderful, and I can’t recommend her highly enough for any urgent medical needs. This would be a 10 star review if possible!!!

Staff are very kind and helpful. David was calming and supportive to my visit. A blessing to have been cared for by this team
