CareNow Urgent Care - South Jordan

This was a horrible experience today, I had a minor cut that needed some help to stop bleeding. When I approach the front desk, they directed me to a kiosk and had to enter my information, then it sends me a text message. That I have to enter information again pictures of my ID pictures of my insurance. Meanwhile, if you remember my fingers are cut.. What happened to customer service what happened about a healthcare individual caring about the person standing in front of them ? And not as much as they term It convenience terminal? These ways of checking in are impersonal in Healthcare it should be outlawed!! We can hand them, our ID our insurance and answer any questions they have While the at the Desk. We use to do this long ago what changed and why? Why would an urgent care be like this?

Highly recommended! We've been here for sports physicals, and we just recently visited this location because our son needed urgent care. The service is consistently wonderful! They genuinely care for their patients. Each visit we had a minimal wait time. During our recent visit, Dr. Montes did an incredible job explaining everything thoroughly. The entire staff was amazing... so much thanks & gratitude to the front desk, Elijah, and Dr. Montes.

I absolutely love coming to CareNow anytime I feel terribly sick. They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they’re exceptionally educated on how to help their patients. Jololene Allan and Jicelle Ramirez-Avila are so king and patient. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and giving me knowledge on how to stay healthy during the winter.

Dr Montes is awesome. Very caring, detail oriented, and thorough. Hopefully we don’t have to go back but if we need to we won’t hesitate to go see him again. Also the in-house common medication offering is worth it, saves time and time is money, meds are reasonably priced too.

Lydia has been the healthcare provider gathering all of our initial info and checking our vitals during the last two visits for myself and my daughter. She is friendly, professional, and very efficient. As a patient and as a mom, this instill confidence in our experience. We appreciate her and her commitment to providing a high standard of care.
