THIIS THE BEST URGENT CARE EVER! No doctor has ever been so kind and informative as Dr. Pham. I was not just a number. She took time to answer every question I had. Her nurse and the lady at the front desk were so kind. This will be the place I go to from now on.

My first time at Care Now today. Check in process was efficient and front staff was friendly. I had fell and skinned both knees on concrete and wanted to make sure both are healing nicely as one is a replaced knee. Nurse was very nice, efficient and helpful, made me feel at ease, said both are looking good, no infection. If needed I will certainly use Care Now again

I went to Care Now for an issue with my hearing from the right ear. Dr. Che made the diagnosis right away with impacted cerumen and the nurse took care of it immediately. The care was excellent and timely. Highly recommended.

was treated at CareNow by a physician for an open wound, and I was disappointed by the infection control practices observed during my visit. The physician entered and exited the room multiple times while wearing the same gloves and touched the trash can, door handle, and other non-sterile surfaces. Without changing gloves or performing hand hygiene, she then proceeded to handle and repack my open wound. After handling wound packing tape with those same gloves, the physician placed unused packing tape back into a container designated for sterile supplies. This was particularly concerning, as it compromised the sterility of the remaining materials. The physician also stated she intended to use alcohol to cleanse the open wound. Doctors and staff are very nice but man the wait is insane. Simple issues and wait 1.5-2 hours. Doesn’t seem like they are in a hurry to do anything. So, good place if you want to spend half your day.
